INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PAPERS TO THE 13th EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ON MIXING
Guidelines concerning the preparation and submission procedure for papers submitted to the 13th European Conference on Mixing are provided below.
All papers accepted for presentaton at the Conference will be included in terms of thematic areas in the Conference Proceedings/CD which will be made available to all participants at the start of the conference. The pdf files of all papers, will also be published on the web (www.europeanmixing13.org/proceedings), with each paper having a unique web reference/identifier. The Conference Organising Committee shall ensure that the on-line/digital reference shall be valid for at least 10 years after the conference. No distinction will be made between oral and poster presentation in the Conference records.

DEADLINE FOR MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION: 31 May 2008
Authors will be communicated the reviews of their papers and will be informed whether their papers are accepted as oral or poster presentations by 31 July 2008.
Acceptance of a paper implies that the corresponding author, on behalf of all authors, gives permission for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings/CD and for the pdf file to be included in the Conference website for a period of 10 years.
Submission of Papers
Please note that submission of full papers (not abstracts) is required; all papers within the remit of the conference will be considered. Authors who are not certain about the suitability of their work for inclusion at the conference should e-mail info@europeanmixing3.org with a short abstract of 200 words.
Corresponding authors must submit their papers in pdf format via the Paper Submission portal, which will be available shortly.
Only contributions not submitted or published elsewhere can be accepted for review. Furthermore, authors must agree not to submit elsewhere a paper submitted to and accepted for presentation at the Conference.
Language
Papers are to be submitted in English. We recommend that authors whose native language is other than English have their manuscripts checked before submitting their paper.
Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the publisher. Authors are responsible for the originality of their texts.
Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare their papers in accordance with the template file: Paper Template and Author Instructions. Please note the length of the paper will be fixed at 8 A4 pages and pdf files should be submitted in pdf format via the Paper Submission portal.
Special Issue
Authors of papers recommended by the reviewers for further consideration for the Special Issue of Chemical Engineering Research and Design will be invited to submit their papers directly (online) to the journal in due course (online submission guidance will be listed in "Special Issue paper submission" of this website). The copyright arrangements for the Special Iissue are separate and contributors will be informed by the publishers in due course.
